Target Practice is published by MAJATECH (contact: shooting@majatech.pl). This policy explains what data we process and why.

In short

Your sessions, target photos and recordings never leave your device. You create no account and give us no personal data. The only things that go out are fetching app settings and serving ads.

1. Data processed on the device only

Stored in the app's local database, never transmitted:

Uninstalling the app deletes this data.

2. The location permission — what it is really for

On Android the app asks for location access because Android itself requires that permission to scan for Bluetooth devices (the EEG headband, the watch). We do not collect, store or transmit your position. The app has no feature that uses location.

3. Anonymous account

The app signs you in anonymously through Firebase Authentication. This creates a random device identifier — no email address, no name, no personal data of any kind. It exists solely to attach a possible purchased-feature status. It cannot be used to identify you.

4. Remote configuration

The app fetches settings from Firebase Remote Config (which features are available, where ads may appear). With such a request Google receives technical information about the installation — the app instance id, the version and the device type.

5. Advertising

We display Google AdMob banners. AdMob may use the device advertising identifier to select and measure ads. You can reset or limit that identifier in system settings: on Android Settings → Google → Ads, on iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking. AdMob terms: policies.google.com.

6. Payments

The app is currently free and contains no active in-app purchases. Should we introduce them, they will be handled by the App Store or Google Play — we never receive your card details.

7. Data processors

We pass data to no one else and we do not sell it.

8. What we do NOT do

9. Retention

Training data stays on your device for as long as you keep it there. The anonymous account identifier disappears when you uninstall the app. You can also write to shooting@majatech.pl.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data (GDPR). Since we hold nothing that identifies you, in practice you retain full control on the device. Questions: shooting@majatech.pl.

11. Children

The app is not directed at anyone under 13.

12. Changes

Material changes will be announced on this page by updating the date at the top.
